
Policies
Our CSA vegetable box is a 12-week seasonal farm share. When you sign up, your payment helps cover seeds, labor, packaging, harvesting, and delivery planning for the season.
Because this is a farm share, all CSA memberships are non-refundable once the season begins.
Before the first delivery, you may cancel your membership for a refund minus payment processing fees. Once deliveries begin, we do not offer refunds for canceled memberships, missed boxes, crop changes, weather issues, or vegetables you choose not to use.
If you cannot continue your CSA membership, you may transfer your remaining boxes to a friend or family member. Contact us before your next delivery so we can update the name and delivery details.
If you miss your pickup window or are not available for delivery, that box is considered fulfilled. We cannot refund missed boxes or add extra produce to a future box.
If you know you will be gone, contact us at least 72 hours before delivery. You may have someone else receive your box, donate the box, or ask us about available options.
We pack fresh produce with care, but this is real farm-grown food. Some vegetables may have dirt, small marks, size differences, or minor cosmetic damage.
If an item arrives spoiled or damaged beyond normal farm produce condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We may replace the item, give you a credit, or refund that item’s value.
CSA boxes change based on what is ready to harvest. Weather, pests, and crop timing can affect what goes into each box.
If one crop is short, we may replace it with another available vegetable. Crop changes do not qualify for refunds.
If we ever miss a delivery because of an issue on our side, you will receive a replacement box, account credit, or refund for that missed week.
