Ingredients

  • 1 small green cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Cut the cabbage through the core into 6 to 8 wedges so each wedge stays together.
  3. Brush both sides with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes, turn carefully, and roast 10 to 15 minutes more until browned and tender.

  1. Place the cabbage and carrot in a large bowl.

  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss thoroughly.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Instructions
